Just like CREM, Monaco Private Label welcomes the international elite to the Principality. Chloé Boscagli Leclercq is Project Manager of the “Attractiveness Unit” and the Director of MPL.
Initiated by the Monaco Government in 2009, the MPL now brings together 2,250 leading figures from 68 countries. The idea is to attract the international elite, give them a taste of Monaco, and provide the key elements for settling here. 15 to 20% of MPL members are residents and also contribute to Monaco’s international promotion. In 2023, Frédéric Genta, Interministerial Delegate for Attractiveness and Digital Transition, created the Attractiveness Unit, bringing together the Strategic Council for Attractiveness, the Welcome Office, and Monaco Private Label, a specific entity looking after selected individuals. This unit is part of an interministerial procedure to work in close collaboration with all the players involved in promoting the attractiveness of Monaco — private and public — including CREM.
CREM is a partner and a key player in Monegasque integration. We work together on a daily basis, exchanging information on our communities' needs and proposing shared VIP events. Every three months, CREM also hosts and runs the Welcome Office's information briefings dedicated to new and future residents, presenting the Principality and facilitating their integration.
Firstly, MPL organises exclusive private events during the Rolex Masters, F1 Grand Prix, and Yacht Show. Each year, it holds its Summit, a major event bringing members together for exceptional conferences. It also holds specialised, cutting-edge conferences, such as Prop Tech VIP, which CREM has the pleasure of hosting. In order to reflect today's reality, we also target a younger population, with families as well as women who might set up their businesses. As with CREM, our approach is 100% inclusive. We establish relationships based on trust so that members feel they belong and inspire others to come. Designed for 18 to 35 year-olds, MPL Young Leaders has 150 Members and a backdrop focusing on the environment. A digital tool should soon be launched to strengthen links within the community.
