Alexandre Boin

In January 2023, Alexandre Boin became CREM's new General Manager. He formerly worked for the Prince's Government, in the Attractivity department of the Welcome Office.
Why did you want to become the Club's General Manager, and how did it happen?

I had worked for several years with the CREM team, at meetings held in the Club's premises, providing information for new and future residents of Monaco. In September 2022, the former General Manager, Chris Dhondt, informed me that he was soon to leave Monaco, and felt that I had the ideal profile to succeed him. Very enthused by this prospect, I met the Club's President, Louisette Azzoaglio Levy-Soussan, and the two Vice-Presidents, Criss Roux and François Guillaume, with whom I got on very well. In January 2023, I was delighted to join the CREM team, at the service of its 500 remarkable Members.

What does the Club represent for you?

For me personally, CREM embodies what I deeply missed on my return to Monaco from Vietnam: speaking other languages, embracing different cultures and customs, getting to know strangers on a daily basis. I can now reconnect with this international lifestyle. Professionally, working for CREM is a distinct honour since it allows me to serve my country by ensuring that those who choose Monaco as their home experience a warm and inclusive welcome. CREM plays a vital role in enhancing their wellbeing and facilitating their integration. Furthermore, drawing upon my experience in the government, I can also provide valuable assistance with administrative procedures and requirements.

How important is CREM to Monaco?

An excellent vector for integration, CREM is not limited to any particular field or nationality. The number and diversity of its events make it one of Monaco's liveliest clubs where Members can build lasting friendships and/or professional links. It thus contributes to the community's vitality while representing the state's demographics.

What projects would you like to implement at the Club?

I have noticed that Members - and residents in general - want to contribute to the Principality's development by offering their skills and expertise in various fields. Monaco has everything to gain by accepting its residents' intellectual resources. We need to set up appropriate contacts, with CREM as facilitator or intermediary, not forgetting our DNA, whereby Members maintain a spirit of friendship and good international relations. We shall continue to innovate and reinvent our events program, to reinforce human bonds created thanks to the Club.

Do you aim to develop synergies between the Monégasque government and CREM?

Synergies already exist, notably through meetings providing information for new and future residents, setting up contacts, feedback, and a personalized welcome for certain new and/or future residents/investors. We want to develop even more synergies, which is why I collaborate extensively with Frédéric Genta's Attractiveness Department and the Police Department.

Your ambitions for CREM?

To reinforce the role of this “residents' second home”, ensuring that each new arrival in Monaco discovers a place where he/she will be welcomed, heard, guided, can share enriching experiences and create unforgettable memories in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Welcome to the world of CREM: a place, a lifestyle, a culture.
