Coming from all over the world, representing different cultures and rich backgrounds, they all share one thing in common: their Club membership. Meet some of the CREM Members.
General Manager of ABTS Analysis Services. Born in Belgium, where the family business offered him a straightforward career path, Pieter nevertheless opted for a financial career in Luxembourg. There, and in Switzerland, he developed a Multi-Family Office focusing on analysis and consultancy. In 2011, he found refuge in Monaco: “A haven of peacefulness, hyper-welcoming and stimulating, ideal for business activities.” With his firm ABTS Analysis Services, he provides assistance and advice for managing a client's multiple interests, both private and professional: family governance, succession planning, and more. The goal is to guide, support, and help grow a business or assets while highlighting any potential pitfalls, all backed by specialist service providers: bankers, lawyers, consultants. “On my arrival in Monaco, CREM was my guiding light, my stop-off point before my family came to join me. I have always felt entirely at home here and appreciate the reciprocal nature of the exchanges. I organise events at the Club and have a fabulous memory of a skiing weekend.”
CEO and Owner of Romas Marine. Roland Brautigam has been navigating the maritime industry since 1991. Born in Germany, he grew up in the Netherlands until he was 14, then moved to Australia in 1999. Finally, he dropped anchor in Monaco in 2010, founding Romas Marine, which specialises in offshore construction and renewable energy. “You don't choose Monaco; Monaco chooses you,” he says, appreciating its quality of life, security, and education for his children. Roland is also passionate about Mercy Ships, an NGO operating the world’s largest non-governmental hospital ships. This year, their first Gala in Monaco raised €393,000 for humanitarian missions in Africa. Besides his work, Roland enjoys life in the Principality by sailing and frequenting the Monte-Carlo Bay Resort: “It’s like my second home.” His favourite restaurant? MayaBay. A CREM Member for the past two years, he values the weekly Lounge Bar for meeting other Members. “The Club atmosphere is fantastic,” he says with a smile.

She oversees client relations and handles protocols with resorts. For Elena, “CREM is the ideal place for forging links and connecting with Monaco's international community. Louisette Azzoaglio Levy-Soussan is fascinating and inspiring. The Club's dynamic team never ceases to amaze me, with constant captivating events, exclusive visits, and enriching discussions! Each moment spent with CREM is unique and memorable.”

By her side are her daughter, Annabelle, an unrivalled trilingual negotiator, graduate in finance and psychology, and her husband, Holger, a former fashion photographer who handles the agency's marketing strategies. Thanks to this great family partnership, a demanding international clientele of all generations can be satisfied by means of an attentive ear and personalised services. Vice-President of the German Club, Angela is also a Member of CREM: “The entire team is charming, the new director as adorable as his predecessor. We enjoy wonderful encounters in all fields. A top-level athlete, Kristell is also a finance expert, a field which brought her to Monaco in 2018 after graduating from EDHEC. Mornings, evenings, and weekends, our kickboxer offers sessions for private individuals or groups and is also developing corporate offers. As a new CREM Member, Kristell appreciates the diversity of the activities offered and the team's amazing welcome. “A great place for meeting people, where I have discovered watercolour painting and give boxing demonstrations!”
Private Banker at BNP Paribas. Multiculturalism is an integral part of Charlie’s life. Born in the Parisian region, he is the product of Vietnamese origins from his father and American from his mother. After graduating from the Polytechnique in Switzerland and early work experience in finance in Luxembourg, he met his wife at the age of 21. Monegasque, she introduced him to the Principality. Following a spell at Harvard and seven years in Dubai, the couple settled in Monaco to raise their first child. “After coming to see my in-laws for years, I knew Monaco from the outside, but not from the inside.” Alongside his position at BNP Paribas, the banker pursued his integration process by joining several associations (Jeune Chambre Économique de Monaco, Yacht Club de Monaco, Rotary Club, Automobile Club de Monaco…). With his wife, Charlie even launched “Luxury Professional of Monaco” in early 2024: a B2B network dedicated to professionals in luxury wanting to help each other. “I am impressed by the quality and diversity of events offered by CREM, especially by such a small team!”

Hello Monaco magazine owners. After a career as a television journalist and then as marketing director for her husband's business in the United States, Olga moved to Monaco 12 years ago. Katya, her daughter, joined her two years ago and fell in love with the Principality and the Côte d'Azur. Together, they form a dynamic mother-daughter duo at the helm of Hello Monaco, a multimedia magazine featuring news, good addresses, and practical advice, including a website, a much-followed Instagram account, and a presence on TikTok. “We're living a daydream every day. Monaco has become our family's beloved home, and we relish the joy and beauty that surround us.” When they're not out in the field searching for news items, they relax at Monte-Carlo Beach, enjoy cultural events at the Grimaldi Forum, or dine at Gaia and Rampoldi for an exquisite culinary experience. Joining CREM in 2022 has been an enriching experience for them, especially during a charity auction organized thanks to the Club.
Business strategy consultant and diamond mine operator. Dr. Panagiotis Kyriazis wears many hats, but lecturing to university students is his most cherished role. “Interaction with my students keeps me young and exposes me to new ideas,” he says. His dynamic schedule, with barely 4 to 5 hours of sleep, reflects just how active he is on all fronts. Dr. Panagiotis Kyriazis, married and father of 12-year-old twins, has lived in Monaco for over 15 years, initially drawn by the unique car number plates he admired while studying in Thessaloniki. He often enjoys spending time at Port Hercule aboard the yachts of his clients and friends and loves to smoke a cigar at the Café de Paris after a busy day. An avid motorcyclist since the age of 20, he has toured the world and amassed a collection of motorbikes. For him, travel is enriching, bringing new friends and business opportunities. Despite his busy life, he always feels like he’s on vacation. A CREM Member for two years, he treasures the Club's warm ambience.
